Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We got amazing value for our money at Hotel Luna Llena. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing us with a perfect place to unwind. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy walking access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff, especially Ron and Toni, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The pool was centrally located and offered a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach, allowing us to cool down, relax, and enjoy some downtime.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be to have a wider variety of options to choose from.

It was great to see the hotel taking environmental causes seriously, like helping Howler monkeys adapt to changes caused by tourism. The room was comfortable and the service was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and included in the stay. We also appreciated the tropical vibe of the hotel and the fact that it was just a short walk from the beach.

The noise from the wooden floor on the second floor, which could be disturbing for light sleepers.

My room did not have the promised balcony and view of the pool/garden, which was a disappointment. the advertised airport transfers were not available, and I had to arrange my own transportation.

The staff was excellent, fluent in English, knowledgeable, and courteous. The complimentary breakfast had a generous menu and hot coffee. The pool area had a variety of lounging and conversation areas, and at night, it was well guarded. Additionally, there was a gym and yoga area available. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom and walk-in shower were huge.
