We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being just a short distance away from the city center on a simple tram route. The fact that it was slightly outside the center meant that the pricing was more reasonable compared to other places closer to the city. The hotel provided excellent transport links to all the tourist sites, making it ideal for exploring the area.

We stayed at this hotel and we were impressed by its location, which was in a good neighborhood and near the tram line that gets you into the city within minutes. The room amenities were great, including the soundproofed rooms and in-room air conditioning. The hotel also had a leisure area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which we really enjoyed. The staff was really listening and helped to provide arrangements for our stay.

We do recommend this hotel for everyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services, despite the rude service we received from the staff. They need to be trained better on how to accommodate simple requests and be more flexible.

I've stayed at Westcord Fashion Hotel several times before and once again, my stay was excellent. The suite I booked this time was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The food at the bar and restaurant was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special by leaving a bottle of prosecco and strawberries in our room. It's clear that the staff truly care about their guests.

Great location, just a short train ride and walk away. the shower was fantastic and the beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was delicious. Easy access to the city center with a short walk to the tram. a pleasant stay.

Service in the dining room was slow and expensive. Limited options on the dinner menu.

The free hot cocoa and cookies offered at the lobby made me feel at home. the hotel was located close to public transportation, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the beautiful view from our room balcony was undoubtedly the best feature of the hotel.

The housekeeping could have been better as they forgot to replace the extra towels we requested. the breakfast buffet wasn't up to our expectations and didn't have many vegetarian options, which was a bit disappointing.
