We had a great stay at a hotel located in a perfect central location. the staff at Hyatt Place were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the individually contained hot breakfast options, like scrambled eggs with bacon and potatoes with sausages. It was convenient to have a computer available for printing our boarding passes. it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Additionally, the individually packaged hot breakfast entrees were a great touch, giving me a variety of options each morning. Having access to a computer for printing my boarding pass was also a helpful amenity. I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt Place again.

I would have liked to see more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there could organize some senior-friendly activities or events to make our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it was close to our destination and felt safe. the staff at night were absolutely amazing, always on top of their game during service and even had time to joke with us at the bar. the clean rooms and breakfast were also a plus.

Exiting the property was challenging due to construction and street parking, which obstructed the view and made it difficult to see oncoming traffic. the limited dairy-free options for breakfast was an issue for someone who is lactose intolerant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable environment. The location was perfect, being right down Main Street, which meant I had easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars for take-out. Additionally, there was a playground just half a block away, making it convenient for families with kids. I also appreciated how pet-friendly this hotel was, as it made it effortless to bring my dog along and take him in and out for potty breaks.

We loved being able to explore Royal Oak without having to drive everywhere. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The cleaning staff was also very kind and friendly. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room, and it was kept spotless throughout our stay.
