We had an excellent stay at Roca Dura! the staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our hiking plans for Chirripó. the location was convenient, with easy access to town and restaurants. the wooden structure gave the hotel a unique and charming feel, and we loved spending time on the beautiful back porch surrounded by trees and flowers. the delicious breakfast prepared for our group at 5am was a special touch that made our stay even more memorable. the lack of parking space was not an issue as we were able to park safely in front of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is simply the best, as it is right opposite the bus stop and a short walk to the park entrance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a unique and organic interior design that blended perfectly with the surrounding nature. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight for me was the private trail that led down to the beautiful river, where I could relax and enjoy the soothing sound of the water. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

We stayed at Hotel Roca Dura for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The building itself is really unique, with a big window facing the jungle and a great stony interior. The restaurant served big portions of delicious food, and the whole place was very peaceful. We had the best room with a view of the river behind the hotel. We were happy to stay here and would highly recommend it.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, opening their restaurant early to serve us breakfast before our hike. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
