I had an amazing stay at a condo in Los Sueños, surrounded by lush greenery and a stunning beach view. The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The pools were refreshing and perfect for relaxation. The variety of restaurants offered delicious food options, catering to different tastes. Despite the slight issue with the gym key, the staff was quick to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

Our recent stay at Hrg Condos was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the beach and a stunning garden. The condo itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable amenities. We especially loved having access to three pools and the beach club. The internet connection was strong, which made it convenient for me to work during our stay. The staff, particularly Nancy the agent, were always friendly, professional, and accommodating. The cleaning person provided excellent service and tailored her schedule to our needs. Hrg Condos exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Although our stay was fabulous, there were a couple of minor issues. We experienced some trouble with the kitchen lights, possibly due to an electrical problem or loose connection.

The staff were professional and friendly, with special mention to Nancy who was always available to help with any requests. The cleaning person did an amazing job and we appreciated being able to choose the best time for cleaning. The three pools and beach club added to the overall experience, and we enjoyed exploring the Marina restaurants, cafes, and gelateria.

There were a few maintenance issues with the condo, such as some kitchen lights not working properly and some curtains needing attention. Additionally, some staff members around the swimming pool were rude and noisy, which detracted from the overall experience.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was a musty smell, and the towels were old. The kitchen was understocked, there were no glasses, plates or utensils.

We had an amazing stay at the condos in Los Suenos. The natural surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful views of the sea and forest. The diverse wildlife, including parrots, raccoons, iguanas, and toucans. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services and even laundry included. The variety of restaurants on-site meant that we didn't have to cook, but the well-furnished kitchen was a plus for those who enjoy cooking. The pools were also fantastic, offering a great way to relax and cool off.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.
