I must say, for the price we paid, we got incredible value at this lodge. The room was spacious and had a private outdoor space with a hammock - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location was fantastic for spotting wildlife, with plenty of birds, frogs, and caimans to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to arrange white water rafting for us. Plus, the wildlife trails and butterfly house were definitely worth exploring.

Menu for breakfast could use a bit more variety, but that's just a minor thing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient, and transportation options were easily accessible. The location was perfect, with the windows opening onto a patio area with rocking chairs and a hammock. The reading area off the hotel reception was a nice touch, with lots of reference books showing local wildlife that was really interesting. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this lodge was exceptional. The staff, especially Jorge and Ana, were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. The property itself is beautiful and the forest backdrop during dinner was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the rafting and chocolate tour during our stay. The abundance of birds made it a wildlife enthusiast's dream, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a fantastic hot shower. The breakfast was excellent and the overall atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location next to the river was peaceful and quiet. I loved being able to relax in my comfy room with its own outdoor space and hammock. The hotel facilities were great, including the small but nice swimming pool. The short walk in the rainforest and the wildlife trails were a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the driver and his partner who provided transportation and informative conversations about the area. The hotel's cleanliness and the free water and coffee all day long were also appreciated. Additionally, the hotel's location near Puerto Viejo activities was a great advantage.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo B&B. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. La pulizia è stata impeccabile e le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione strategica dell'hotel, che ci ha permesso di visitare facilmente le località circostanti. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa, con una varietà di cibi freschi e locali. Consigliamo vivamente questo B&B a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel Salento.

I recently stayed at a lodge in Sarapiqui and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely hot shower and air conditioning to combat the humid weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that everything was clean and tidy. The lodge's location was perfect for nature enthusiasts like me, with an abundance of birds and other wildlife right on the property. The grounds were beautiful, with covered walkways that allowed me to explore even during the rain. The food, though served buffet style, was tasty and plentiful. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with great bird-watching opportunities.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff was fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly service provided by Jorge and Ana. The location of the hotel is lovely, with two pools and many flowering plants. We loved being able to take strolls through the gardens, even when it was raining. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered traditional Costa Rican food, and we especially appreciated that it was served early enough for birders to go out first.
