We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for the money was great and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to popular tourist sites like the waterfall and the lake. The staff treated us very kindly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The views of the volcano were absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and exotic atmosphere. the pool and swim-up bar were fantastic, perfect for a refreshing dip and a tropical drink.

There was no wifi in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. the tubs outside the rooms took quite a long time to fill and lacked privacy.

As women travelling alone, we loved the stunning view of Arenal from our spacious and clean room, especially the oversized bath. The pool was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle and the breakfast was delicious. A taxi to the nearby town for dinner was easy to arrange.

I had a direct view of the magnificent Arenal volcano from my room. The location was perfect, close to the town and various exciting activities like ziplining and horseback riding. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and local dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I also enjoyed rejuvenating massages at the spa surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. I highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, as well as the huge and fun bathrooms. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with warm pools and a swim-up bar. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and the restaurant for dinner was also very good.
