We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for the money was great and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to popular tourist sites like the waterfall and the lake. The staff treated us very kindly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The villa was spacious with an unique bathroom and a private swimming pool. Hummingbirds were frequently seen near the pool. The resort surprised us with a golf cart escort to our cabin with a garden and an outdoor jacuzzi. The room was larger than our London apartment, complete with double beds and a bathroom with an indoor waterfall. The resort had a comfortable bed, a great pool bar, and a convenient location for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was polite, helpful, and professional. The breathtaking view and the option of a hotel shuttle made our stay even better.

The views of the volcano were absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and exotic atmosphere. the pool and swim-up bar were fantastic, perfect for a refreshing dip and a tropical drink.

There was no wifi in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. the tubs outside the rooms took quite a long time to fill and lacked privacy.

As women travelling alone, we loved the stunning view of Arenal from our spacious and clean room, especially the oversized bath. The pool was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle and the breakfast was delicious. A taxi to the nearby town for dinner was easy to arrange.

I had a direct view of the magnificent Arenal volcano from my room. The location was perfect, close to the town and various exciting activities like ziplining and horseback riding. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and local dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I also enjoyed rejuvenating massages at the spa surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. I highly recommend this hotel!

Had an amazing stay at a hotel with a wonderful breakfast and swimming pool. the breakfast buffet at Mountain Paradise was outstanding, offering a wide range of options including authentic Tico foods. the swimming pool had a swim-up bar and the water was fantastic. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the room was spacious and the bathroom was a delightful surprise with both a regular shower and a luxurious waterfall shower. the gardens were beautiful, filled with hummingbirds and butterflies, and we even got to stargaze at night.

I recently stayed at Mountain Paradise for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The wet bar in the room was a great touch, along with the luxurious waterfall shower and spa bath. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, with beautiful gardens and stunning scenery. The staff, especially Jeremy and Jonathan at reception, were so friendly and helpful. I also had the pleasure of going on a tour with Angelo, the hotel's tour guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. The excellent staff really made my stay memorable!

The beautiful gardens were teeming with hummingbirds and butterflies, and the dark skies provided a stunning view of Omega Centauri. The pool area was stunning, with a great view of the nearby volcano. The breakfast was exceptional, with both delicious food and a volcano view. a lovely place to stay.
