The staff is wonderful, providing impeccable service and attending to every need or request. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious and the complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres in the evening are a nice touch.

The 6-course NYE meal at the on-site restaurant was a 5-star experience. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like treasured guests. we highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at a beautiful mansion in Charleston. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The friendly bellman greeted us and the desk clerk personally showed us to our room. Our jaws dropped when we entered our room - it was absolutely stunning. The spacious bed, cozy seating area, and luxurious bathroom exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccably clean and the daily room service made it even more comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with creamy grits and delicious bacon. We also loved the afternoon hors d'oeuvres and the great wine selection. The views from the 4th floor were breathtaking. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was not far from downtown. The Southern hospitality at this mansion truly surpassed any other place we've stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a Jacuzzi tub and a large shower. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved the thoughtful little touches, such as the small refrigerator with complimentary water and soda by the bed.

Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had a wide variety of options including fresh pastries, eggs, bacon, and fruit. It was the perfect start to our mornings. Moreover, the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions. We were able to easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and historic sites in the area.

Our room lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

With so many great amenities and activities available, I really wish I had made time to explore the rooftop terrace and socialize with other guests at one of the hotel's wine hours.
