The rooms are large, comfortable, and incredibly furnished. The bathrooms have luxurious amenities including a whirlpool bathtub and a large stall shower. The staff is wonderful, providing impeccable service and attending to every need or request. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious and the complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres in the evening are a nice touch.

The 6-course NYE meal at the on-site restaurant was a 5-star experience. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like treasured guests. we highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at a beautiful mansion in Charleston. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The friendly bellman greeted us and the desk clerk personally showed us to our room. Our jaws dropped when we entered our room - it was absolutely stunning. The spacious bed, cozy seating area, and luxurious bathroom exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccably clean and the daily room service made it even more comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with creamy grits and delicious bacon. We also loved the afternoon hors d'oeuvres and the great wine selection. The views from the 4th floor were breathtaking. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was not far from downtown. The Southern hospitality at this mansion truly surpassed any other place we've stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

We also loved the thoughtful little touches, such as the small refrigerator with complimentary water and soda by the bed.

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and I must say, the holiday decorations were absolutely stunning. the hotel was beautifully adorned with lights, wreaths, and a giant Christmas tree in the lobby. It really added to the festive atmosphere and made our stay feel extra special. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had a wide variety of options including fresh pastries, eggs, bacon, and fruit. It was the perfect start to our mornings. Moreover, the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions. We were able to easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and historic sites in the area.

Our room lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The only downside to my stay was that I didn't have enough time to truly appreciate everything this hotel had to offer. With so many great amenities and activities available, I really wish I had made time to explore the rooftop terrace and socialize with other guests at one of the hotel's wine hours.
