I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, modern, and spacious with excellent facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main strip. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Franklin Vargas, the concierge. The free breakfast was a nice perk and the 15% discount at the hotel-owned restaurants was a bonus. The hotel had a pleasant and homey feel, with specialty dinners on the weekends featuring live music or a DJ.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were more choices.

The room was spacious and we loved the upgrade to a Pool room, with a refreshing pool on the balcony. The staff, including the Manager Alexandra, were amazing and very helpful. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and a washer and dryer. The main pool downstairs was fantastic, with a jacuzzi and comfortable lounge chairs. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast options were spectacular. a first-class experience.

On the downside, the gym was a bit outdated and had a strange smell. Additionally, the shower stream in our room was a bit weak.

We fell in love with this place. The service was fantastic and our room was pristine, with a fully stocked kitchen. When we arrived soaking wet, they immediately offered us towels and on the house drinks. We even used the herb garden to add some delicious flavor to our meal. The room had two small balconies with a great view of the grand pool below. The receptionist, Franklin, was very helpful with setting up transportation for our next destination. The location was perfect, close enough to the grocery store and just a short walk to all the stores and restaurants. We fully recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We would have appreciated laundry detergent and dryer tissues for the washer and dryer in the room. Also, the pool water was a bit too warm for our liking.
