I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and modern, and I loved the separate bathtub and the provided bath salts. The view from the room was magnificent, offering a panoramic view of the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the City Hall subway station and in the city center. The staff was friendly and check-in was effortless, even without knowing the local language.

This hotel is conveniently located for those who want to be close to the airport bus stop and the train stations. However, it is not very close to the subway station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, so it's easy to find food. The room and bathroom are clean and modern, with good facilities like safe, fridge and kettle. Wi-Fi connection was excellent.

The hotel staff needs to improve on their billing system so guests won't be charged unfairly for additional services.

Each bed has its own lamp shade and the bathroom is well-stocked with towels and shower gel. Food options and convenience stores are within walking distance.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk to the City Hall Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also had quick access to Seoul Railway Station, which was great for day trips and getting to the airport. The brand new hotel had clean and nicely furnished rooms with comfortable beds and wonderful city views. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet-style breakfast and the option to use the coin laundry machines. The surrounding area had plenty of eateries and shops, including the famous Namdaemun Market.

There were some stains on the towels in the room that were off-putting.

Recently stayed at Hotel Gracery during our travels. Loved the central location with many restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and spoke Japanese, which was a plus. The room was comfortable, with a good size and a bathtub. Appreciated the amenities like the in-room humidifier and bath salts. The hotel also had convenient facilities like a coin laundry, ice machine, and luggage scale. a great stay!

The hotel location is perfect as it is just a few minutes away from the main shopping district. There is a great selection of nearby eateries, and there are well-known coffee shops nearby. the staff at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. They even helped us place an order for supper through their app! the hotel has USB ports which is a lovely design and makes phone charging convenient.

The room was a bit small, and there were extra charges for an extra towel. there was a nasty odor in the room, which can be unpleasant.

The location of Hotel Gracery Seoul was ideal with many good restaurants and Nandaemun Market within walking distance. The closest station, City Hall, was just a 5-minute walk away. The best part was that the hotel provided an air purifier that also acted as a humidifier, which was great for guests with sinusitis like me. The staff were kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us in finding a lost hearing aid and even helping us locate a pharmacy late at night when some of us fell sick. The central location made it convenient to explore Seoul's attractions on foot, and there were also public transportation options nearby. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Gracery Seoul.
