The room was recently renovated and very clean. The breakfast bar had unique choices and the area was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. the kitchen and dining area were a great addition, allowing my family and I to prepare and enjoy meals together. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being conveniently close to key attractions and amenities in the area. It made it easy for us to explore and make the most of our time in the city.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty carpets and dusty surfaces throughout.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, especially Matt at the front desk who was very knowledgeable and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail like a fireplace and exterior staircase access. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and eateries. The breakfast included was a nice bonus.

It is far enough away from downtown Louisville to not be affected by any demonstrations or riots. The studio we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed and clean. The staff, especially Chris at the front desk, were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast attendant made everyone feel comfortable and even went out of her way to create a special box of cookies for our twin boys.
