The value for money at this hotel is excellent, and the room was spacious and filled with natural light. The location is convenient, with a shopping mall next door. The staff treated me with exceptional kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights could be improved with faster service for milk and tea, and better attention to detail with delivering undamaged teacups.

The king-size bed and the view of the room were fantastic. Plus, they offered me a free late check-out which allowed me to relax before the long trip back home. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but you've got everything you need in the same building: different restaurants, spa, gym and a mall.

While our car had a flat tire, the Valet parking person took care of everything and even organized for the tire to be fixed immediately. The level of service was truly impressive.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Almaty for 2 nights. The executive suite had an amazing view and the room itself was very nice. The staff were friendly and professional, always providing excellent service. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa. The in-room dining was top-notch, with high-quality food and a good wine selection. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping center. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great location near largest mall, tallest building in city, stunning view , spacious room, fantastic king-size bed, free late check-out.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They even arranged a tour of Big Almaty Lake with a fantastic guide and driver. Highly recommended. Plus, the food at the hotel was excellent.

The lobby on the 30th floor had stunning views of the city and mountains. the rooms were spacious with well-equipped bathrooms. the hotel was conveniently located next to a branded mall.

The mini bar in my room was locked during my entire 6-night stay, which was inconvenient. the choice of TV channels in the room was not great.

I got great value for my money with a spacious and luxurious room, and the amazing view from the highest building in town. The location was convenient, being close to the biggest mall. The staff at the hotel were polite and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

My only small disappointment was that the breakfast could have been more delightful with a wider variety of options.
