Beautiful gardens with incredible wildlife including toucans, iguanas, and sloths. Great location near Main Street and many restaurants. Simple breakfast provided in a pleasant common area. Clean rooms with stunning views of Arenal Volcano. Amazing and friendly staff eager to help guests.

This hotel is great value for money, almost in the town centre but far enough away to avoid noise. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and have air conditioning, with a fantastic view of Arenal volcano. The breakfast offered is delicious, with freshly cut fruit and hot & cold juice & coffee.

As a satisfied guest at Hotel Secreto, I had a great stay for sightseeing with my partner and stayed for three nights. The hotel's location was ideal, being just far enough away from the city center for a peaceful atmosphere, yet still within walking distance to all attractions. We were treated to an awesome view of the volcano from the property and pool area. The staff was courteous, helpful, and willing to accommodate my dietary needs at no extra charge. Additionally, the breakfast provided was amazing and the hotel offered discounts on tours.

The staff at Hotel Secreto were exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We were able to see amazing wildlife, including sloths, right at the hotel entrance.

This place is perfectly located almost in the town centre, making it easy to walk to all the amenities. The staff provided great room service and were very helpful in organizing tours and shuttle services. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely, and there were always sun loungers available. In addition, the rooms were spacious and modern with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle to make coffee or tea.

The breakfast had a nice variety and vegetarian options were available too! Location was great - not far from the heart of town but still quiet. the staff were amazing and helped me out with all my queries and recommended a shuttle service. Plus, I got a room with a better view without even asking for it! the view was amazing, and I loved the greenery around the hotel.

the rooms closer to the pool were quite open, so I had to keep the curtains closed all the time for privacy.
