The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They provided us with directions and suggestions for activities to do in the area. One of the best aspects of our stay was the spacious and comfortable room. the shower had hot water which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offered a decent selection of food.

The hotel had a resort-like feel which detracted from the overall atmosphere. We also did not have hot water in our shower, which was disappointing.

We loved the beautiful bungalow-style rooms with patios. The staff at Senda Monteverde Hotel were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and friendly! The hotel also provided umbrellas, golf carts, and boots for rainy emergencies. Additionally, the hot shower and comfortable bed were a highlight. we highly recommend this cozy hotel.

The location was amazing, offering a clean, quiet, and calm atmosphere. I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Monteverde for a week-long vacation. The cabins were absolutely adorable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us with all our activity and tour arrangements, as well as transportation to our next destination. The restaurant had delicious food prepared by a skilled chef, with perfectly poached eggs for breakfast and light and fluffy pancakes. The Agouti wildlife trail provided a great workout, and we even got a massage in our room that was really effective. The entire staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and recommendations for excursions. I also loved that we had free access to the private Agunti preserve. a remarkable place with too many great things to list.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant served excellent food. the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. We loved the little porch outside our room and the hot water bottles that were provided on the colder nights. the hotel's commitment to the environment was evident in their use of solar panels, no-plastic policy, and support of local food. We also enjoyed the short trail through the forest behind the hotel, where we could spot a variety of birds and animals. our experience at Senda Monteverde Hotel Member Of the Cayuga Collection was fantastic.
