The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They provided us with directions and suggestions for activities to do in the area. One of the best aspects of our stay was the spacious and comfortable room. The shower had hot water which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offered a decent selection of food.

The hotel had a resort-like feel which detracted from the overall atmosphere. The bar and restaurant areas were not very inviting.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Monteverde for a week-long vacation. The cabins were absolutely adorable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us with all our activity and tour arrangements, as well as transportation to our next destination. The restaurant had delicious food prepared by a skilled chef, with perfectly poached eggs for breakfast and light and fluffy pancakes. The Agouti wildlife trail provided a great workout, and we even got a massage in our room that was really effective. The entire staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and recommendations for excursions. I also loved that we had free access to the private Agunti preserve. a remarkable place with too many great things to list.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, mit zwei Badezimmern und einem schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Park. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab sogar zwei zusätzliche Kissen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, direkt neben dem Ring, nahe eines Parks und der Altstadt. Es war auch einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.
