My family and I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites for 8 days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is well-maintained both inside and out, with a spacious parking lot and a warm, welcoming atmosphere when you enter the front desk. The staff at the front desk were always polite and informative, making check-in a breeze. We particularly enjoyed the lovely patio area with a fire pit, the BBQ area, and the basketball court, which added a fun touch to our stay. The laundry facilities were also a big plus for us, as it allowed us to keep our clothes fresh and clean throughout our vacation. And let's not forget the unique feature of having a kitchenette in the rooms – it truly made our stay feel like a "Manhattan Condo. " The breakfast provided a great variety of cold and hot options, all of excellent quality. The cozy library room and comfortable waiting area were also appreciated. Thank you for making our vacation stay the most comfortable one ever!

The Jma Wireless Dome is just amazing, because who doesn't love a domed stadium in the Northeast? The breakfast was included in my stay, and it was actually delicious, which is rare for hotel breakfasts. And let's not forget the kitchenette, my own personal fast food joint!

The rooms need updating, but the beds are comfy and the location is safe. Entrance and parking lot are spacious. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. Patio with fire pit, BBQ area, and basketball court are enjoyable. Laundry and kitchenette in rooms are convenient. Breakfast is varied and tasty, and there is a cozy library room.

Our recent stay at Staybridge Suites was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We had a small issue with the reservation upon arrival, but Sheryl at the front desk apologized and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The manager and front desk person were also extremely kind and even helped us out when my son had a nosebleed. The customer service was truly exceptional.

One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary hot breakfast each morning. Although there was no restaurant on-site, the breakfast provided a variety of delicious options to start our day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Bright, well-appointed hotel with comfortable beds. More cable channels than most. Good breakfasts and helpful staff. 24-hour coffee and milk. Close to interstate and shopping. Nice evening reception with good food. Great for travelers with kids or tired shoppers. Written directions provided.

Loved the convenience of the location, being close to the mall and restaurants. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely helpful. the hotel had a large parking area and outdoor spaces to relax, which was a bonus.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the coffee maker in the room was missing a pot and the coffee itself was horrid.
