Great food, diverse rooms, pleasant neighborhood, friendly staff.

Nothing is perfect.

During our stay at Sportsmans Lodge, my friends and I had a great time socializing with other guests and sharing information about Costa Rica. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the city center.

The breakfast at this hotel was amazing. They served a big plate of fresh fruit followed by delicious scrambled eggs, gallo pinto, and toast. It was a lot of food and tasted really good. Another great aspect was the friendly and professional staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near all the major attractions and had easy access to transportation.

There were a few negatives during my stay at this hotel. the rooms were located inside a loud bar, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The complimentary breakfast and bar food were delicious, and they even had a great selection of local craft beers. The hotel facilities were impressive, with an exhibition kitchen and a sports bar where we could watch games all day. The location was ideal, close to all the sights and not far from the center of the city.

Interesting place for adults. Great food, personalized chef, and unique rooms. Quiet neighborhood with nearby coffee shop. Central location for amenities, except the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, with exceptional customer service.

Staying here was a great experience! The location is perfect, in the heart of everything and close to all the sights. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and laundry. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, even offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The spa center was amazing with a sauna, steam room, and full-body massage. I also loved the garden area. Oh, and let's not forget the free wi-fi in public areas.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location was great, not far from the center, and we were able to easily visit all the sights. The service here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and other amenities available to us. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel had a wide range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and even a night club for entertainment. We enjoyed the massage services and the spa lounge area was perfect for relaxing. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary welcome drink. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was central and convenient, and the staff treated me like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The front desk girls and bar ladies were fabulous and even went above and beyond by organizing for hospital staff to come to the property for testing. Such a rare and thoughtful gesture!

Felt very comfortable and no complaints

The staff at Sportsmens Lodge went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The security team, headed by Bayardo Mendez, made us feel safe and welcome. Scottie was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any request. Danny ensured that we never missed a game and had all the sports we wanted to watch. The bar staff, including Diana, Karol, Yorleny, Fabi, Priscilla. Hecter and Bill, the General Manager and owner, respectively, deserve credit for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time watching sports and enjoying the friendly atmosphere at this popular bar/hotel. Our room was comfortable, although a little noisy due to the music from the bar. we recommend staying here for a lively and fun experience.

What a great experience! the hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the staff was absolutely amazing. From the friendly and helpful security team to the accommodating and attentive bar staff, everyone made me feel welcome and taken care of. Secondly, the hotel had a fantastic sports bar with all the games I wanted to watch and plenty of screens to enjoy the action. Lastly, I loved the free breakfast that was provided. It was a delicious way to start the day and a great added value.
