Convenient and Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to major historic sites in Jerusalem. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when my luggage was lost on the plane. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a TV and mini-fridge. The meals at the hotel were fantastic, with a wide selection of traditional Israeli food. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel's exterior is lovely with charming balconies and flower boxes. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony overlooking the city was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently situated for transportation and has two excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, situated near the Prime Minister's home and within walking distance to the main sites, best restaurants, parks, and more. We could easily sit on the terrace overlooking the bustling streets of King George and Ramban. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They sorted out any issues we had straight away and provided excellent service throughout our time here.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The service provided by the staff, from the welcoming receptionists to the attentive dining room staff, was top-notch. They made sure I felt welcomed and attended to all my needs. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the matching robes and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including homemade jams that were absolutely mouthwatering. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay here truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Debbi Raviv, was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I made a mistake with my booking. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Western Wall, the mall, and the market. It was also a short walk to the famous Ben Yehuda Street and the vibrant Shuk. The hotel had spacious rooms, a synagogue, a restaurant, and a business lounge. The staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the Shabbat evening and lunch buffet. The breakfast was delicious, and the omelette chef was entertaining. this hotel was the best I've stayed at in this city, and I can't wait to return during my next visit!

The breakfast was solid every day, offering a good variety of food options. the location was fantastic, being close to an outdoor shopping center, the city center, and popular tourist attractions.

The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were not as clean as I would have expected.

The food was excellent, and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was tasteful. The lobby bar had fantastic staff, and the coffee was great. The newspapers were delivered to the room every morning. The hotel manager, Arik, was attentive and ensured that guests were pleased with their stay. The staff, such as Asaf at the front desk and Amram in maintaining the room, were friendly and always willing to assist. Despite some services being unavailable due to holidays, the experience was interesting and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was within walking distance of all the main sites and best restaurants in the area. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all, which made exploring the city so much easier. Additionally, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They assisted us in making restaurant reservations and made our stay wonderful.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. Firstly, the room arrangement was a major inconvenience.

Clean and well-maintained establishment with a renovated and pleasant lobby area. Staff was courteous and quickly responsive. Good location offering sensational rooms with balconies. Tasteful breakfast with a fresh variety of foods. Nice lounge area with refreshments.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. They even went above and beyond and upgraded our room at no additional cost. Throughout our stay, the staff were always attentive and eager to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The little touches like the complimentary fruit and chocolates in the room made us feel truly valued as guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and excellent service.

The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of local foods, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and come equipped with basic amenities like tea/coffee and toiletries.

The hotel's restaurant may get overcrowded during peak hours.

Great location and wonderful breakfast buffet with many options. We were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon snacks provided. While the bathroom was small, the shower pressure was fantastic. we had a lovely stay at Prima.
