The hotel has a lovely, historic charm, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed the on-site dining options, especially the attentive restaurant service during my stay.

However, I found the WiFi instructions lacking and had a little trouble with the air conditioning. Also, be prepared for an occasional train noise at night—it woke me up once.

Unfortunately, the coffee shop in the lobby was closed during my stay, and it looked like it had been that way for a while. I also ran into issues with the air conditioning, as it blasted cold air in areas where it wasn't needed. plus, instructions for connecting to WiFi were nonexistent in the room, which resulted in some unnecessary hassles. The noise from passing trains could also be disturbing at times, affecting a good night's sleep.

Chur, the train noise at night was a pain, but the staff were heaps friendly and made my stay quite enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. I liked the on-site restaurant, Houlihan's, where I had a satisfying meal. The room had good amenities like a flat-screen TV and a coffee maker, which I appreciated after driving for hours. The atmosphere was welcoming, and staff members were friendly. I was pleased that everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore local attractions. The history of the building caught my interest, reminiscent of my European roots.

Clean room, friendly staff, providing excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a convenient bar/lounge area made it a perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby attractions.

the property is beautifully maintained and located perfectly across from the dance venue! the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist (they even offered me a refreshing bottle of water). dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious!

during my recent stay, I absolutely loved how close the hotel was to the Columbus Riverwalk, which is just a 15-minute walk away, offering beautiful views along the water, and I also enjoyed visiting the Coca-Cola Space Science Center, located less than a 10-minute walk away, which was a surprisingly fun attraction to explore.

The property was stunning and absolutely clean, just what my family needed for our getaway! We loved our room's modern vibe and the perfect location made everything easier for our plans.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.

However, I struggled with the air conditioning being overly cold in some areas, and the occasional noise from passing trains disrupted my sleep. Additionally, WiFi instructions were lacking, leading to some confusion while trying to connect.

My wife says that the coffee shop being closed was a letdown.
