My recent stay at Hotel Villa Caletas was absolutely incredible. The property is truly magical, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. I was blown away by the sunset views from the amphitheater - it was an experience I will never forget. The suites were private and quiet, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. The concierge, Laura, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. The 4x4 shuttle down to the private beach was a unique touch and definitely worth it. The swimming and comfortable cabanas at the beach exceeded my expectations. The room service was excellent, and the staff at the bar/restaurant were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Hotel Villa Caletas for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

Amazing 270 degree view of the ocean with an infinite pool. Saw wild animals like monkeys, toucans, and butterflies. Spa experience was great. Excellent service throughout our stay.

We had the most incredible experience at Villa Caletas. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with scarlet macaws flying by during breakfast. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool and private beach were pristine, offering ultimate relaxation. The sunset in the amphitheater was a true spectacle. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Some aspects of the room were outdated, and it wasn't as well-kept as we would have liked. , some things could have been more intuitive, such as the lighting and plumbing controls.

The hotel had stunning views, especially during sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were private, spacious, and had a beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our private balcony. The infinity pool was our favorite spot to relax.

There were some issues with the reservation process and confusion about the restaurant. The service at breakfast could be slow and erratic.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding; I felt relaxed after the body scrub and massage, and the spa lounge was serene. The infinity pool with sun loungers overlooking the garden area was a highlight, and the private facilities were great. The restaurant was impeccable; the in-room breakfast was timely, and the poolside snack bar had excellent options.

There was only one minor issue; some of the staff members were not friendly and prompt in attending to guests.

The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and dining experiences. The design of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful stone walls and a terrace with an ocean view. We loved the magical touch of the ampitheater, it would be perfect for a wedding.
