We had the most incredible experience at Villa Caletas. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with scarlet macaws flying by during breakfast. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool and private beach were pristine, offering ultimate relaxation. The sunset in the amphitheater was a true spectacle. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The location is unbeatable, with beautiful sunset views. the staff is helpful and attentive, and the facilities are great. Two complementary facts were offered during our stay that we appreciated. the private beach is a gem, and we loved having access to it.

Some aspects of the room were outdated, and it wasn't as well-kept as we would have liked. some things could have been more intuitive, such as the lighting and plumbing controls.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding; I felt relaxed after the body scrub and massage, and the spa lounge was serene. the infinity pool with sun loungers overlooking the garden area was a highlight, and the private facilities were great.

There was only one minor issue; some of the staff members were not friendly and prompt in attending to guests.

Our room had a balcony where we saw monkeys and iguanas in the trees opposite. The staff were incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and dining experiences. The design of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful stone walls and a terrace with an ocean view. We loved the magical touch of the ampitheater, it would be perfect for a wedding.
