From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at home on vacation. the hosts, Sharon and Eric, were incredibly welcoming and treated me like family. the rooms were modern and luxurious, with a full kitchen that had everything I needed to cook. the shower was a highlight, with the best hot water and water pressure I have experienced in Costa Rica. the location was perfect, with a secluded beach just a 5-minute walk away. I loved it so much that I ended up extending my stay. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

This B&B provides an authentic and charming experience with a relaxed atmosphere. the hosts, Eric and Sharon, were exceptional and made our vacation perfect. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the decor throughout the property was beautiful. We loved spending time by the pool and on the deck, and the breakfast was beyond excellent. We highly recommend Villas Pinas for anyone visiting the Puerto Viejo area.

The hosts, Eric and Sharon, provide excellent recommendations for exploring the coastline and are warm and friendly.

The villas were absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. The private tropical garden setting added to the overall ambiance. Another great aspect was the delicious and varied breakfast that was served every morning. It was a great way to start the day. the small pool provided a nice spot to cool down and relax.

One negative aspect was that the location of the hotel was a few kilometers outside of town. This meant that we had to drive into town for restaurant options, which was a bit inconvenient.

We also loved how safe and secure the hotel felt, with parking available on-site.

The closest beach to the hotel wasn't the most picturesque or clean, but luckily there were better beaches just a short drive away. the pool area didn't get much sunlight, which made it less appealing to spend time there.

Outstanding breakfasts, beautiful facilities, friendly owners/operators, easy access to a beautiful beach, impeccable maintenance.

Villas Pina - Adults Only is within walking distance to Playa Negra and just a short drive to Puerto Viejo where all the action happens. the property was very clean, private, and secure, with parking available on-site. the beautifully designed pool and dining-social areas, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, were inviting and perfect for relaxation. the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the hosts, Eric and Sharon, were attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property to any traveler looking for a relaxing and exciting stay!

Beautiful garden, clean rooms, friendly staff, refreshing pool, convenient location near beach and restaurant options. Fresh coffee and juice delivered to room every morning. Terrace in room provides a nice outdoor space. Great for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The attention to detail and level of hospitality from the owners was unparalleled. Each morning, we were treated to fresh coffee delivered right to our doorstep, with special soy milk for me. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with the most amazing shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a secluded beach and a leisurely bike ride into town. The atmosphere was serene, with hammocks scattered around for relaxation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

They even gave us recommendations for the best places to eat and explore, including secret waterfalls. the property felt safe, and the locals were helpful in pointing out unique animals and fruits.
