During my stay, I faced some disappointing service issues. The waiter during our second visit was grumpy and seemed frustrated when we inquired about missing dinner dishes. Furthermore, we were shocked to find out that the final bill included a service charge and tax that increased our costs dramatically, which I hadn't expected. While the hotel had its charms, these aspects left a negative impression.
