During my recent stay at a hotel near the zoo, I had the most amazing experience. The location was simply unbeatable, as the hotel was part of the zoo itself. Being able to wake up and see the animals right outside my window was an unforgettable experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I also appreciated the discounted rate on zoo entrance tickets, which allowed me to explore the park at my leisure. The buffet dinner offered at the hotel was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a great option for a satisfying meal. A highlight of my stay was the beautiful aquariums located on the ground floor of the restaurant. They were well-maintained and added a unique touch to the dining experience. my time at this hotel near the zoo was truly enjoyable and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is superb and ideal for animal lovers as it is situated right next to a safari park. Additionally, it is very near the zoo, allowing guests to easily engage in wildlife activities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the tree house option especially stands out with its unique design and a slide that kids love.

The bathroom produces an uncomfortable odor, which detracts from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Well-maintained facilities.

We loved the location of the lodge as it was right next to Taman Safari. The breakfast was delicious and we got a great discount on the entrance tickets. We even got to use the tickets for both days of our stay. As young families, we highly recommend trying the swimming with dolphins activity. It was absolutely amazing!

We felt most welcome during our stay and have no complaints.

Christmas at this hotel was a bit of a downer. the positive aspects were few and far between. However, the complementary spa treatment and free shuttle to nearby attractions were nice touches. the location, nestled in the lush greenery of the forest and close to outdoor activities, was also a plus. However, the best aspect of the hotel was the stunning view of the surrounding area from the balcony of the room.

Now, onto the worst aspects. the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, failing to address any of our concerns or answer our questions.

The Safari Resort in Puncak was an awesome experience! The cozy and accessible bungalow was perfect for my family, with a friendly staff and quick check-in process. The clean and comfortable room had modern amenities and a fun slide for the kids. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, and we even got discounted safari tickets. Great value for an amazing stay!

Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially if you take advantage of the discounted price to Taman Safari. The location is very convenient, being very near to the park and close to safari park. Additionally, the hotel pays attention to detail by providing basic amenities including a room with each bathroom and an extra bathroom in the living room. The staff provides good service, making sure that the rooms are clean and beautiful. The breakfast is also satisfactory.

Everything was satisfactory and there were no major concerns.
