We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. Our deluxe suite was beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities, making us feel pampered and comfortable. the staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore.

Despite the overall great experience, we encountered a minor issue with the spa and wellness center. the indoor swimming pool was crowded and lacked a relaxing atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and ski lifts. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making sure our room was cleaned daily and replenishing amenities without hesitation. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a mix of à la carte and buffet options. The high standards and cleanliness throughout the hotel were impressive. The in-house pizza restaurant was a standout, serving superb dishes.

The spa facilities were not as relaxing as expected.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with its prime location close to the skiing area and everything else. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, including a sauna in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, cleaning our room daily and even providing complimentary drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi in the spa area. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The noise from the modern glass-wall toilet in the room, which lacked privacy and could be uncomfortable for some.

Great breakfast and nice spa

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. the spa was also very nice and enjoyable. It was a bit crowded, but the facilities were great and made it worth the visit. the location was perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings. the room amenities were also a plus, with complimentary water, coffee and chocolate every day.

The room was not properly cleaned, and there were some leftovers from the previous occupants. the service at the restaurant was sub-par.
