The reception staff, including Slim and his team, are professional and speak good English. The hotel also provides reliable Wi-Fi and is well-suited for business meetings.

Good location in financial hub area, nice view and comfortable rooms. the hotel served a tasty prawn burger, and the pool area and bar were appealing.

The staff needs improvement, they couldn't answer simple questions and had to call a second or third person for clarification. the service is slow in some places and the room service delivered fruit salad that was two days old.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the staff here is exceptional and did their best to make our stay unforgettable. Our room was luxurious and featured exclusive amenities, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the outdoor swimming pool with a view was simply amazing, complete with a Jacuzzi, a sun terrace, and comfortable sun loungers. We also enjoyed breakfast in our room, which was promptly delivered and delicious.

Our only complaint was with the restaurant. While the food was excellent and included special diet menus, the service was slow, and the staff seemed to lack coordination.
