The rooms are clean and modern, with the added advantage of a kitchen and balcony in some. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing a shuttle service to the airport. The apartments are also conveniently located near the beach and a supermarket.

The water heater in the bathroom may not provide hot water consistently, requiring some waiting time or adjustments to get lukewarm water.

Great location, close to the sea and restaurants. Private and secure parking available for free. The apartment was very nicely decorated and had a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and always available to help.

The neighborhood was dirty and not well maintained. The building looked like it was constructed in a hurry and with low-quality materials.

I had a delightful stay at Apartmani Znjan. The location was perfect, with a public swimming pool just a short 200-meter walk away, and the excitement of water sports right down the road. The apartment itself was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The hosts, Marin and Desa, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can't thank them enough for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend Apartmani Znjan to anyone visiting Split.
