If you’re a foodie, you’ll revel in the buffet choices—especially breakfast at the convention center with a bounty of flavors! The ice cream is genuinely a hit with kids. You can't help but admire the pool's cleanliness, making it a refreshing oasis in the Cancun sun.

Our room wasn't ready at 3 pm, leading to a two and a half-hour wait for check-in and luggage. To top it off, we ended up paying for a taxi from the airport, despite it being advertised as all-inclusive. The QR code system for dining reservations felt clunky—it could use a revamp!

My stay at Crown Paradise Club Cancun was delightful! I appreciated the wonderful amenities for all ages, especially the engaging activities that kept my grandchildren entertained. The staff were very friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the adult pool was a serene escape, providing beautiful ocean views and a perfect spot to unwind.

The buffet food could use improvement.

Book restaurant reservations ahead via email for better chances, and consider spending time at the adult pool for a peaceful retreat from family activities.

Had a great time at the resort! Staff were heaps friendly, especially those working the bar. Food was average, though—could've been better. Good vibe overall!

The activities for kids kept our daughter entertained all day. We loved the adult pool's serenity. The burgers at the late-night snack bar hit the spot after a long day.

However, we faced some room issues due to a leak that caused a musty smell, and we were frequently disturbed by maintenance sounds. The proximity to the club made it hard to sleep.

Loved the attentive service by the staff! Florentino at the poolside snack bar was super nice and always made sure we had what we needed. The adult pool was a chill spot away from the chaos. One thing tho, the dinner reservations were a bit of a hassle. Still, the vibe was totally worth it!

The all-inclusive resort has countless activities. we enjoyed the family-friendly water park and beach volleyball courts. With our three dogs by our side, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. The staff even offered a warm welcome drink, setting a friendly tone for our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the restaurants had more evening availability.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially jesus the bellboy who's just amazin. the kid activities were really the best part, my son loved the water slides! also, the resort was clean and comfy, we always had fresh towels. the adult pool was chill and had epic views!

but the dinner reservations were a hassle and the food in the buffet was kinda blah, same stuff every day.

We stayed 7 nights in a family suite with two bathrooms and great views. Daily cleaning and minibar restocks were nice touches. Spa facilities included massages and beauty treatments. A solid spot for families with kids!

This place suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and kids club. I always remember how the staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first visit. Florentino at the snack bar was incredibly attentive. I highly recommend enjoying the infinity pool. I'm definitely coming back for a city break!
