Nothing all excellent.

We had an amazing stay at a small, modern hotel with a beautiful beachfront location. the staff at Art Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the beach. the breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. Although there was no elevator, climbing the stairs to the hotel was a great daily workout and the effort was definitely worth it for the view.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick bus ride to the Old Town. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day. One morning, I noticed a noise from the ventilation system during breakfast and mentioned it to the staff. They immediately took action and ensured that the noise was resolved from the next morning. I appreciated their quick response and excellent service. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

While there were a couple of minor issues, such as my room not being cleaned one day and the staff not being overly friendly, they did not significantly impact my overall experience. Nevertheless, it's worth noting that the hotel does not have an elevator, and there are several stairs to access the rooms, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

As someone with physical handicaps, I found it extremely helpful that the hotel staff assisted me with my luggage since there was no designated personnel for that. The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the sea, and my room had a breathtaking view of Lapad Bay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed and accommodated throughout my stay.

Plus, the location of the hotel is perfect - it's right on the gorgeous Lapad bay, offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere. And the breakfast included in the stay is delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

No elevator in the property and only stairs to access the hotel and rooms, which could be challenging for some. Mattresses were uncomfortable, and bed sheets felt rough, not soft at all.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in a pedestrianised area near Dubrovnik. the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. We enjoyed the stunning view of the bay from the terrace, where we had breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying our suitcases to our room. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view. it was a charming hotel with great service and a tranquil atmosphere.
