I recently stayed at Bathen House for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have been happier. The property is absolutely stunning, with elegant and beautiful decor. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, with delicious meaty sausages, lovely granola, and yoghurt with fresh fruit. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. a fantastic experience at Bathen House.

The junior suite at this hotel was absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The staff went above and beyond, even decorating our room with balloons for my birthday and giving us a free upgrade. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast would be for the staff to offer to make tea or coffee for the guests, instead of it being self-serve.

The value for money at Bathen House was exceptional and the room was absolutely perfect. The location was convenient with quick taxi and bus options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Best stay ever! This hotel was perfect for Christmas! Loved the complimentary bottle of wine and mince pies in our room. the location was great, only a short walk from all the Christmas markets. the breakfast was heavenly, and we couldn't ask for better service. Also loved the little festive touches in the hotel.

The location, although not close to many restaurants, was in a lovely establishment with helpful staff. The room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The service was attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Despite the rain, the hotel provided a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and were amazed by the luxury it offered. the room was beautifully decorated and had exclusive amenities like a private balcony and a Jacuzzi. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service. the hotel's garden area was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks. there was a snack bar available at any time. It was located just a short distance from the city center and had easy access to public transportation.

The leisure/TV room. While it had a variety of channels available, the room itself was small and lacked comfortable seating.

The cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel was outstanding, making us feel like the first guests to ever stay there. The young man at reception was extremely helpful and even provided us with a charger for our phone. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

I was a bit disappointed that one of the rooms I booked had steps to access it, as it was specifically requested to be on the ground floor. Additionally, the suite we booked had a small double bed, which seemed disproportionate to the size of the room.

My partner and I recently stayed at Bathen House and we were blown away by the executive suite we were allocated. It was hands down the best room we've ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful and the food, including Sunday lunch and breakfast, was absolutely delicious. The attention to detail and quality ingredients were evident in every dish.
