The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, giving me excellent value for my money. The location was convenient, with walking distance to the Old Palace and other attractions. The staff were outstanding, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay.

The only slight downside was the food for breakfast. It would have been better if there were more options available.

We stayed at the Atrium for a week and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and had some thoughtful touches, like special soap for our baby. The spa pool was a great place to relax, and the entire hotel was kept very clean. The bar staff and receptionists provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi was also excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service at Atrium. After arriving early and expecting to wait for my room, I was quickly given a key within just a few minutes. The staff was attentive and proactive, as when I mentioned the lack of towels in my room, they were immediately provided before I even returned from dinner. The level of customer service was truly exceptional.

The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had a luxurious bathtub. The highlight for us was the impressive hotel gym, with a wide range of free weights and even a power rack with a barbell. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money - got a free room upgrade and spacious rooms, plus fast Internet. The location was convenient with a short walk to town and a shopping center behind the hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help.

One major issue was the parking, which was not included in the price and ended up being quite expensive. Another downside was the inconsistent room service, with our room not being cleaned for several days without any explanation or apology.

The hotel had an amazing location, with a supermarket just across the street and the old town within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our city break. We also enjoyed the comfortable and modern rooms, which were kept clean throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. the restaurant area was not properly cleaned, with food and dust on the floor for several days until we brought it to the attention of the receptionist.
