The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, willing to provide information and assistance whenever needed. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a city break. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

One downside of the hotel was the limited view from the upgraded room, which was a bit disappointing. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room was difficult to adjust, either too cold or completely off, which made it uncomfortable to find the right temperature.

the prices in the minibar were quite high compared to the local stores, which was a bit disappointing. the availability of the parking was inconvenient as we had to park around 3-400 meters away from the hotel and had to walk.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Jelacic Square, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. You can easily walk to all the attractions and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The reception personnel are very helpful and attentive. The rooms have a nice view and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with a variety of options to choose from.
