Beautiful city, good location, comfortable and clean apartment, short walking to the beach, variety of restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay with a spacious apartment and great facilities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were provided with plenty of towels. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even printing our boarding cards for us. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach, restaurants, and a bakery. It was also convenient to have a supermarket on site. Transportation was easy with a bus stop nearby, allowing us to easily explore the city and its old town.

We had a fantastic stay at Luxury Residence - L'Orangerie. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect, right in the center of restaurants, walking tours, and stores. The best part was the closed parking space that was included in the price, which was a great bonus. Our hostess Eva was incredibly helpful and made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The staff at the help desk were also amazing, providing full-time support and arranging a transfer from the airport for us. a highly recommended place to stay.

the location was perfect, with the beach just across the street and convenient amenities like a supermarket, bakery, cafes, and a restaurant in the complex. the receptionist, Ana, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information about the area and even giving us a small wine as a courtesy. the apartment itself exceeded our expectations, with a spacious layout, a large balcony for enjoying meals, and a well-equipped kitchen. the master bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom had a bathtub and provided towels, including beach towels. the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom was a great addition, and having a washing machine in the corridor was convenient. the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and we particularly loved the big terrace and cozy beds. the location was also great, with easy access to the beach, a bus stop just across the street to get to the city center, and free parking in the garage.

We had a fantastic stay at L'Orangerie in Dubrovnik. From the warm welcome to the delicious homemade pizza and breakfast, we felt like family. The upgraded apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern kitchen and cozy bedroom. The location was perfect, with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars, and Sunset Beach just a minute away. The bus stop made it convenient to explore Old Town. The staff provided helpful recommendations and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Any requests we had were promptly attended to. the coastal footpath was stunning, and the bus service to Dubrovnik was frequent and affordable. the airport shuttle arranged by the apartment management was also very convenient. a wonderful experience.

the spacious two-bedroom apartment was modern and well-equipped, with a large balcony offering a great view. the building was conveniently located just minutes away from Lapad/Sunset Beach and a short bus ride from the old city. There were also other beaches within walking distance. Downstairs, there were two bakeries and a supermarket, making it easy to grab essentials. the staff were helpful and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information and even arranging free parking in the garage. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
