The service is attentive, with helpful staff at the front desk and a knowledgeable concierge. The small spa offers relaxing massages and a steam bath. The Mexican breakfast includes fresh juice and a variety of delicious bread. The pool, though not heated, is perfect for a refreshing swim. the hotel provides a romantic and elegant atmosphere with excellent amenities.

The TV in the room does not offer many English channels, but the staff is willing to address this issue.

The property itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and a luxurious atmosphere. The Verdesalvia Restaurant offered top-notch dining, with delicious and flavorful food. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and each one felt unique and special. The spa experience at Maikiki Spa was pure bliss, with attentive staff providing exceptional service. an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.

Good food, although service occasionally slow. Lovely pool area and convenient valet parking. Tranquil oasis away from the city.

My recent stay at a charming boutique hotel in a quaint neighborhood was truly delightful. Upon making my reservation, the management immediately reached out to inquire about my preferences for a perfect stay. They suggested a beautiful flower arrangement, which was waiting for me when I entered my room. The personalized note in Spanish was a thoughtful touch, especially since my Spanish is limited. The room itself was amazing, with a spacious layout, a luxurious shower, and a terrace that provided a perfect spot for enjoying room service. The beautifully maintained grounds and the excellent service from the staff added to the overall experience. I am grateful to the management and staff at this hidden gem for making my trip to Mexico a memorable one. I hope to visit again soon!

Stayed for Easter weekend. Nice architecture and scenery, loved the garden. the pool area was relaxing.

The privacy was a concern, a group pool party took over the pool area with loud noise and public displays of affection. Management did nothing to control it.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that made us feel pampered and relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were outstanding, offering a variety of treatments including full body massages, body wraps, and facials. the infinity pool overlooking the garden area was also a highlight. the restaurant provided exceptional service and delicious meals, especially the special diet menus.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the pool bar. Nonetheless, the refreshing drinks and sun loungers made up for it.
