Spending Christmas at this hotel was a good choice. the staff was very helpful and friendly, giving us great recommendations for local shops and restaurants. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. the breakfast selection was good, and we enjoyed the buffet-style setup.

Although our room had some outdated furniture and the bathroom had some hot and cold water issues, it didn't detract too much from our overall experience. However, housekeeping could have been improved with a better selection of amenities like body wash instead of just body lotion.

This place is located in the best area, just across a Tommy Super market and in a residential area. It is near the center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and other services available. The staff, especially the receptionists, are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and a safe. The hotel also has excellent leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception add to the convenience.

I had a great experience staying at Globo. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which is important to me as a busy traveler. From the moment I parked my car, I was in my room within a minute. The staff even prepared a parking spot for me in advance, saving me the hassle of searching for one. The room itself was spacious and had two linked double beds, a luxury compared to the small single beds I usually encounter. The hotel is conveniently located near the central bus station, making it easy to explore other towns. The friendly staff also provided helpful recommendations on where to eat and which beaches to visit. it was a fantastic stay.

Helpful friendly staff at reception. Classic feel to the hotel. Good wifi and comfortable bed. Buffet-style breakfast not rushed. Close to shops, bars, late-night food, and banks. Accessible location near bus station.

I was amazed by the exceptional service at Hotel Globo. The front desk personnel went above and beyond to assist us during our late arrival. The room was clean and quiet, and the shower was a hit with the kids. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The highlight was the staff, who were warm, humorous, and incredibly helpful. The doorman took us to the old city in their electric car and even gave us a detailed explanation. They arranged a convenient taxi service for us. Superb service! I highly recommend this hotel.
