We stayed at this hotel for our family holiday and we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right at the pile gate, so we were just a few steps away from the center of the action. Despite being so close, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful thanks to its peaceful garden and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast served in the garden was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The room was a bit limited in space, but it was still manageable for our family of four.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right next to the main entrance into the old city. From here, you can easily explore all the attractions and restaurants without wasting any time. The spacious rooms are elegantly decorated and provide a quiet and comfortable retreat after a long day of exploration. Plus, you can start your day off right with a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast in the tranquil garden.

It's unfortunate that the hotel's electrical system has some issues, leading to occasional problems with hot water, wifi, and the washing machine. However, the staff tries their best to address these problems promptly.

The attention to detail was impeccable, from the delicious breakfast served in the beautiful garden to the 'to go' brown bag breakfast they packed for my departure.
