had a memorable birthday celebration in novalja with an amazing stay. the hotel exceeded expectations - friendly staff, great location near the beach and restaurants, and the pool was a refreshing escape. comfortable bed, clean room, and a delicious abundant breakfast. definitely wished we could've stayed longer!

This hotel is located in the perfect spot, right next to the beach and close to the center. The beautiful pool area is a great addition, especially during those hot afternoons. The rooms are beautifully clean and the facilities are top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with arranging airport transfers. The buffet breakfast is a lovely touch and the overall experience is definitely worth the money.

The hotel could improve on the Wi-Fi connection, as it was slow and disconnected a few times.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location towards the sea is just perfect, allowing us to easily access the beautiful beach and enjoy the stunning views. The service and housekeeping here were outstanding, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the laundry facilities, as it made our travels around Croatia much more convenient. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities and air conditioning, provided enhanced comfort during our stay. The staff here were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that all our needs were met. This place is definitely recommended for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Cannot find any fault

I had an enjoyable stay at House Novalia. The hotel was conveniently located only a short drive away from Sonus Festival, which was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the number of channels available. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The balcony, although not covered, provided a nice spot to relax. I would recommend this hotel.

The continental breakfast was diverse and tasty, with something for everyone. the friendly staff spoke both English and German perfectly. the pool area was amazing, with comfy sunbeds and a view that was simply breathtaking. the best part? the minibar and pool bar drinks were sold at normal, almost retail store prices.

The refurbishment works caused an unpleasant smell in the rooms. some may find the hotel to be too quiet for their liking, but it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach and the lively strip of restaurants and bars.
