We had a fantastic stay at Mediterra Residence! From the moment we booked, the property manager Mia provided great communication. Vinko greeted us warmly upon arrival and the renovated unit was beautifully done, with attention to detail. The small touches like the information handbook and Croatian coffee made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Diocletian's palace, the Riva waterfront, and Bačvice beach. The apartment was new, clean, and had comfortable beds. Goran was amazing and Mia was quick to respond to our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved that it was just a short walk to the nearby café where breakfast was served, and the waterfront was also within easy reach. The staff here were absolutely amazing, always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I recently stayed at a residence in a perfect location in Split. It was just a short walk to the town, the beach, and the port/bus station. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, with one at the end of the lane called Toc that I particularly enjoyed. The supermarket was conveniently located around the corner. The host at the residence was incredibly helpful and provided great tips on the best restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern kitchen. The bed was comfortable, although it is worth noting that it consisted of two singles pushed together. A nice touch was the bowl of chocolates provided at the reception area.

The sound from the electric front door can be quite loud, especially for guests on the higher floors.
