The facilities at Utopia were amazing - beautiful shared open space, library, boardgames, yoga, river access. The vegetarian kitchen with vegan options was a positive surprise. The food was excellent and affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed participating in the various activities offered, such as yoga classes and cacao tours. The food, especially the vegetarian options, was delicious. The only minor drawbacks were the limited dinner menu and the lack of hot water initially, but the staff promptly resolved the issue. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

I had an amazing time at Utopia! The staff treated me like family and made me feel right at home. The daily yoga classes were a great way to start the day, and the vegetarian meals were absolutely delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Semuc Champey and river. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to get some work done too. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the jungle.

Despite the remote location, the meals at Utopia were affordable and tasty. The only downside was the noise from late-night guests, which kept me up at times.

utopia eco hotel in lanquin exceeded my expectations during a long weekend. the owner and staff were welcoming and friendly, the vegetarian food was homemade and delicious, and the complimentary yoga with a gorgeous view was a highlight. highly recommend the chocolate tour and tubing down the river back to the hotel.

We had an amazing time at Utopia Eco! Our stay was for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location in the middle of the jungle was breathtaking, and the simple rooms with limited WiFi encouraged us to connect with other guests in the communal area. The staff, including the friendly owners and their kids, made us feel right at home. The free yoga classes were a wonderful bonus, and the tubing back from Semuc Champey was an absolute blast. The food was delicious, especially Edwin's avocado chocolate cake. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

During my Xmas stay, I loved the stunning location of the hotel, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like part of a big family. They were always available to assist and provide recommendations for activities.

There were a few aspects that left me disappointed. the food options were limited and not at the level I expected.
