I had a great experience staying at the hostel. The location was perfect, especially if you plan on taking early morning tours. The showers had warm water and there was always enough of it. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed. The staff, particularly Aaron at the reception, were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the beautiful murals in the hostel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to everything and felt safe. Plus, I didn't have to worry about my key card not working if it was near my phone.

The hostel's communal attitude and ethos made me feel comfortable leaving my instrument in the shared room. The location was perfect, close to the bus and train station, and the nearby Blackisle Bar with its rooftop seating and excellent woodfired pizza was a great bonus.

I needed a budget room for a night and was happy to share a room/kitchen with other budget travellers. Black Isle offered exactly that in a cheerful friendly package. Surprise bonus: it has a nearby pizza-bar and brewery under the same management. A good place to use as a base to explore the area.

I recently stayed at Black Isle and it was the best hostel I've been to in the UK. The staff were so helpful and the place was nice and quiet. The rooms were large and had under bed lockers for storage. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. The facilities were clean and eco-friendly, and there was even free tea, coffee, toast, and jam in the morning.

I stayed at a hostel in the city center, conveniently located near the railway and bus stations. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, with individual lights and charging spots. The bathrooms were also clean, and I particularly enjoyed the kitchen and lounge area on the top floor. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Despite being in the city center, my room at the back was quiet and free from street noise. it was a great experience, especially considering the value for money and the proximity to shopping and entertainment options.
