Chur, the location was sweet as, right by the ferry terminal. But the air conditioning was 'bout as reliable as my old car. Breakfast spread was choice!

the wifi was absoletely horrid, not that I could expect much better from a place like this. the bed? ? unbearable! who needs comfort anyway? I woudl ve been satisifed with a room upgrade to relieve my discomfort, but alas, was treated like everyone else. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

Request a pre-packed breakfast service if you plan to leave early. it makes mornings easier without the need to rush.

I was really disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. It only worked intermittently, making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. Additionally, while the location was decent, the proximity to the Old Town was misleading as it required a 10-minute bus ride. Dealing with luggage up the stairs upon arrival was also quite frustrating.

For those needing quick access to the ferry, this place excels with its unbeatable location. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking, making it a delightful spot to unwind. Friendly staff and a plentiful breakfast spread elevate the experience, although some amenities feel a bit dated.
