Our trip was planned around the Christmas markets and Cityclass Hotel Residence Am Dom was the perfect choice. It's boutique style and excellent location made it ideal for exploring the city. We were just seconds away from the Heinzels Winter market and within a short walk to two other markets. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the hotel's proximity to the hauptbahnhoff and Rhine promenade was convenient. We loved listening to Dom church bells from our bedroom and the room was well-insulated, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations added to the cozy atmosphere. a lovely hotel that we would definitely book again.
