The hotel had a cool design, with a nice pool/lounge area and recently updated rooms. The international TV channels were a bonus. We loved the convenience of the scooter/bicycle rental company located in the same building.

We loved our stay at Pharos Hotel. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection of food and was excellent. The pool area was a great place to relax, with comfortable loungers and the option to have food brought to you. The rooms had a quirky and cool design, and were comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the town and the beach.

The helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay accommodating, providing us with useful information for our travels. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a nice variety of tasty options. The chilled pool area with its comfortable lounging options was the perfect spot to relax, and the background house music added to the laid-back atmosphere.

Pharos Hvar Hotel, nestled on a hill overlooking Hvar Bay, offers a great value for the price. The location, perched on a gentle hillside with a sunset to die for, is simply breathtaking. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities, including air-conditioned rooms with sea-view balconies, meet all your needs. The breakfast spread, with its variety and the fabulous teas on offer, is a delightful start to the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the action but still peaceful and quiet. the pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring. the rooms were lovely and extremely clean, with a cozy balcony to enjoy the view. the design of the communal areas was modern and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the receptionists were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast options for vegetarians were quite limited, which made it a bit of a challenge to find satisfying options. the transportation to the hotel was also poor, leaving us feeling a bit stranded at times.

The hotel is conveniently located on a hillside, just a short ten-minute walk away from the bustling center of Hvar town. Its close proximity to the beach is also a major plus. Had a nice Xmas break in a hotel that's well situated for exploring the area. Got a couple of complementary drinks on arrival, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was alright and had a good selection. Location was great being near the sea and town centre.

Service was poor and we had to call reception several times before anything was sorted out. Our room wasn’t very clean – there were dirty towels, a grotty bathroom and cobwebs.
