i was just horrified by the absolute lack of service, rude check-in and the breakfast was a disaster, always dirty tables! and, of course, i simply had to share that i expected at least a room upgrade for all my troubles. i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t, given these horrible experiences!

had to hike up a hill to breakfast, and honestly, no complimentary water? ridiculous! expected a room upgrade given the numerous complaints but received none. Plus, that pre-authorization of €250 was just absurd and poorly managed. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t because of these major issues.

Consider requesting room cleaning service proactively, as housekeeping may not always be prompt. Also, be prepared for hotel logistics if arriving with luggage, especially in hot weather.

Oh my gosh, the location was, like, perf—just a five-minute walk to the harbor and super close to the beach clubs! The pool area was killer too, so vibey with music and fun people. But, like, I wish staff were more chill. Totally felt like they were in a rush, you know? The sun beds got claimed super fast too!

Our three-day stay was fantastic, especially the refreshing pool, which never felt crowded, and breakfast options that kept us satisfied. Just be ready for uphill walks!

For easier navigation, take the scenic sloped walkway from the waterfront instead of the direct uphill path from the ferry terminal. It's more manageable, especially with bags.

Staff were friendly, and the pool area was sweet as. But trekked heaps of stairs to get to our room, and the breakfast could've had more variety. Chur for the views, though!

the walk to the hotel is kind of steep, but the view from our room was gorgeous, we got fresh towels every day, and the food options were really good, especially breakfast! they also had a great pool area!
