The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was also a plus, with freshly baked croissants and pastries. the decor was very pleasing.

Though the room was charming, it was quite cramped and did not have adequate space to store luggage. during Christmas time the hotel was quite loud with late night party-goers and the vibrating sounds from the on-site bar, ruining the peaceful vacation vibe.

The location of Riva Palace - Design Rooms was absolutely perfect for exploring the charming alleys of the old town and enjoying the sea and sea organ, all within a 2-minute walk. The building itself was lovely and had a convenient elevator for easy access to the fourth floor. The room was beautifully decorated, making good use of the small space, and had thoughtful touches like a toothbrush holder and toiletries. The bed was also very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we felt safe and taken care of throughout our stay. If I ever return to this city, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

One minor drawback was that the room was a bit small to live in for an extended period. Additionally, I experienced a slight inconvenience with a dripping sound coming from outside, which could be bothersome after a few days.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right on the promenade by the sea, and close to everything in the old town. The room was beautifully designed, with modern amenities and luxurious toiletries. The staff were friendly and kind, providing great service. The breakfast vouchers allowed me to enjoy a delicious meal overlooking the sea. it was an amazing experience.

The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience.
