We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with very clean rooms and excellent room service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The location in the Vadistanbul mall area was perfect, with easy access to the mall and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help.

Staying at this residence was a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, with everything you needed just a few steps away. You could easily shop at Vadistanbul mall, retail park, or even walk just across the mall. The room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable with a great view. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was perfect. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the guest relations team.

Mentioned by some guests in regards to the housekeeping, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The staff members are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are spotless with comfy beds and balconies that offer stunning views. The breakfast is also top-notch and will keep you fueled for a busy day exploring the city. this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment with a big balcony. Proximity to Vadistanbul mall, Migros supermarket and restaurants. Excellent customer service from the friendly and helpful staff at check-in, restaurant, housekeeping and guest relations. Free underground parking with direct elevator access. A perfect location for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Istanbul.

The warm hospitality at Radisson was amazing, especially when they provided a wheelchair promptly for me when I arrived immobile. The receptionists were friendly, and the English level skills of the staff were impressive. The breakfast service was discreet and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the helpful staff who always had smiles on their faces, and the prompt responses to our queries were impressive. I also enjoyed the fruits basket and seeds that were provided. the hotel was conveniently located just a five-minute walk from a retail park, and the apartment was well-equipped with attention given to details. the complementary kids club was also a plus for my son.

The pool, gym, and kids room were closed too early, and this was a bit of an inconvenience. I would have appreciated more food options with a Turkish touch like a Turkish breakfast or more diverse ordering options.
