The service at Raffles Jakarta was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt spoiled and well taken care of. The staff were discerning, well-trained, and delivered the highest standard of customer service. We were even given a free upgrade to a signature suite, which was very fancy. Additionally, the stunning foyer, beautiful garden, and high-quality rooms added to the overall luxurious experience. The spa facility was excellent and the treatments were exactly what we wanted. The butler service was exceptional and all the staff, from the breakfast to dining restaurant to the pool bar, were first class.

Felt very lucky to have found such an exceptional hotel, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD area, close to Ciputra artpreneur theater and Lotte shopping avenue. The restaurant we dined at served amazing food and the staff were very helpful. Lotte shopping center is also within walking distance. The rooms were immaculate and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was warm, friendly, and detail-oriented. The breakfast served had a wide variety of options and the view from the hotel was stunning.

The hotel could improve air quality by installing air filters in the rooms.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in this hotel and were impressed by the beautiful room and warm service. We appreciated the complementary breakfast in bed and the lovely bottle of wine in our room upon arrival. the location is very convenient and close to many shopping destinations. the hotel has a stunning swimming pool that we enjoyed a lot.

The noise from the nearby streets was a bit disturbing at night and made it hard to have a peaceful sleep. the room service was a bit slow and not very responsive to our calls at times.
