The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach and close to the main Protaras area and Fig Tree Bay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and modern suites/apartments that were well appointed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The free Wifi was a bonus and worked very well throughout my stay.

The location is perfect, just across the road from Fig Tree beach and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is also located close to bus stops, making it convenient to explore other areas. The rooms are very modern with big comfy beds and really nice showers/bathrooms. They are super clean every day and the friendly staff ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The rooms also come with a kitchenette, dining table, sitting area, a balcony with a plastic table and chairs, and a separate bedroom. this hotel provides basic amenities and is a short walk from the beach and Protaras main strip.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Alva Hotel. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, even though we arrived late at night. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a lovely stylish design. The view from our suite on the top floor was to die for. The proximity to the beach, bars, and cafes was perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the daily cleaning service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location right across from the beach. The hotel was situated on the main street of town, making it very convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and facilities, including breakfast options, making our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room being spacious and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the proximity to the lovely Fig Tree Bay sandy beach, just a few meters away. Additionally, the location was ideal, with two "Best buy" supermarkets nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the two ladies from the UK who were welcoming and accommodating.

Great breakfast included. Good location near the beach and town center. the balcony had a beautiful view of the sea and was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

The pool was too cold to enjoy, especially in the morning. Our room was quite dark due to poor lighting, making it difficult to read or get ready in the morning.
