The best thing about our stay was the comfortable beds and pillows. We had a great night's sleep. The staff were also extremely polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful and located right on the beach. The pool and bar area were very nice as well.

It was of very poor quality. Additionally, although our room was generally clean, we noticed that the shelf in the corners was surprisingly dusty, which made us question the overall cleanliness.

The on-site shop is well stocked, and there are multiple restaurant options available.

The spacious room had a comfortable bed and modern design with touchscreen controllers for lights and aircon. The cleanliness was almost impeccable and the breakfast and room service meals were great. We will definitely return.

Had a complementary drink upon arrival and received a voucher for a free massage at the spa- this was a nice touch! The location is a short walk from the main area with restaurants and shops. , the pool area was nice and had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for lounging in the sun.

The dinner experience at the Ginger restaurant lacked atmosphere and did not meet expectations.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were met with exceptional service. The luxurious amenities were truly exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. We particularly enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and sauna in the Spa & Wellness Centre. The seasonal outdoor pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden area and sun terrace, provided the ideal spot for relaxation. The restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus. The private facilities were second to none, including the treatment rooms and beauty services. The location was superb, with a lovely promenade leading to the city centre, and beach umbrellas and loungers available on the beachfront for a perfect seaside retreat.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment during our stay. Although there were plenty of activities available, we felt this aspect could have been improved.

sunrise jade - adults only in protaras was even better than our previous stay. the staff was so polite and helpful, and the facilities were amazing. the sea view from our room was breathtaking, and the complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. the quiet location was perfect for a relaxing break, and there was plenty to see in the area.
