The breakfast at Lords Palace Hotel Spa Casino was absolutely fantastic! They had a wide range of options, including a full English and continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure our drinks were topped up. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the sea and the hotel swimming pool.

The staff went above and beyond to make my friend's birthday special, surprising us with a lovely cake and joining in the celebration. The sea-view room was cozy and the automatic AC made it comfortable throughout the night. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning SPA, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The casino was also impressive and offered great food even late at night.

The dining room had a variety of delicious food and the Spa center was amazing with professional therapists. Mind-blowing experience! From the friendly valet parking to the impeccable cleanliness and royal treatment from the staff, this hotel truly understands hospitality. The delicious, homemade food prepared by talented chefs and the polite and attentive waiters made every meal a delight. The spa facilities, including the hammam, steam bath, and sauna, were always available and maintained at the perfect temperature. The location, right next to the sea, added to the overall allure of this fantastic 5-star hotel. Can't wait to go back soon!

The reception service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate non-smoking requests. The spa treatment center is highly recommended, with professional and exceptional personnel providing amazing massages and access to an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and Hamam.

This hotel is a true example of a luxurious vacation experience. the exclusive amenities provided in this venue met all of our needs and surpassed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with 5, star service that made us feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness centre facilities were exceptional, providing a range of massages, beauty treatments and body scrubs that were perfectly executed by highly skilled professionals. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi and sauna were impeccably clean and well, maintained. The restaurant served a mouth, watering buffet breakfast that was complemented by the beautiful view of the sea, while the poolside snack bar was a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink and snack. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the limited entertainment options. While the live entertainment was enjoyable, we felt that there could have been more options to keep guests entertained, especially during the evening hours. this is such a minor issue compared to the exceptional service and wonderful amenities provided in this hotel.

The breakfast and all-inclusive package were great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating; they even surprised my friend with a birthday cake. the room had a beautiful sea view, and the SPA was stunning. the pools, views, and beach bar were also highlights of our Easter stay.

The AC units were set for heat only due to winter weather, and we had some issues with the heat being too high. We were grateful that the staff member, Jackie, was able to provide a large fan and extra drinking water to fix the issue.
